The founder and all partners of the company include the former senior management and R&D personnel of China and international top petrochemical technology company involved in process development, catalyst application, production management and other business sectors. Most of the staff have more than 10 years of experience in process development and catalyst application development in domestic petrochemical industry. VERITA CHEMICALS’aim is to commercialize the various technologies and know-hows of its founders and all their collaborators/associates in the various fields of the petrochemical and Coal-chemical derivatives industry.

Jiangsu Youshang Environmental Engineering Co., Ltd., founded in 2018, is an integrated enterprise combining design, manufacturing, and construction, with its core business centered on the R&D, design, production, installation, commissioning, and engineering services of energy-saving and environmental protection equipment, as well as three-waste (waste gas, wastewater, and solid waste) treatment systems. The company holds a Class II Qualification for Environmental Engineering General Contracting and a Class B Qualification for Specialized Environmental Engineering Design. both issued by the Chinese government.

Shanghai Jisi Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd., established in 2019, was founded by a team whose principal sponsors include former senior management from the catalyst business divisions of world-leading chemicals companies. It is a technology-sales-service integrated company specializing in industrial catalyst materials, with products serving the Formaldehyde, Maleic anhydride, Phthalic anhydride, ethanol, and Environmental protection materials sectors.

The shareholders of VERITA CHEMICALS (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. also hold equity stakes in the aforementioned companies.
